About the Journal

ICOMCUBE (International Conference on Malay Culture and Built Environment) is an international conference that serves as a global forum for academics, practitioners, and cultural communities to discuss the identity, heritage, and transformation of the Malay world’s culture and built environment.

The main objectives of ICOMCUBE are to:

• Promote dialogue and collaboration among Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and other countries.
• Explore, preserve, and advance the understanding of Malay architecture, settlements, maritime culture, and social systems.
• Support research and innovation related to the preservation of Malay cultural and architectural heritage in the modern era.
